DMCA Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
FLUXIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners, or people authorized to act for them, can notify us about material they believe infringes their rights, in line with the notice-and-takedown process described in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Submitting a copyright notice
If you believe that material available through fluxiptv.com or our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (for example a URL or a precise description).
- Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Where to send notices
Send copyright notices to us on WhatsApp at +44 7404 162380, starting your message with “DMCA Notice”. You may attach your notice as a PDF. We acknowledge notices we receive and respond to complete notices as quickly as reasonably possible.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please note that knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
What happens after a valid notice
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified. Where possible, we inform the person responsible for the material so they have the opportunity to respond.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
Canadian rights holders
Rights holders in Canada may also contact us through the same channel with notices under the notice-and-notice regime of the Copyright Act of Canada. Please include the same information listed above.
