These terms apply to your use of fluxiptv.com and of the FLUXIPTV streaming service, including the free trial. By requesting a trial, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FLUXIPTV provides access to an IPTV streaming service that you use through third-party player apps on compatible devices. The content, categories and channels available may change over time and are not guaranteed to remain the same throughout your subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order a subscription.

3. Free trial

The free trial provides 24 hours of access so you can check compatibility. It is free, requires no payment and ends automatically. We may decline or limit trial requests to prevent abuse.

4. Plans and payment

  • One plan is offered, for a term of 1 year from activation, for 1, 2 or 3 accounts.
  • Each subscription may stream on one device at a time unless extra connections were purchased.
  • Prices are shown and billed in euros. Currency conversion and any fees from your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. You may renew by contacting us before your term ends.
  • Access is activated once payment is confirmed.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login details private and do not share them beyond the connections you purchased.
  • Do not resell, redistribute or publicly display the service.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
  • Use the service in accordance with the laws that apply where you live.

6. Devices, apps and internet

You are responsible for your devices, player apps and internet connection. Third-party apps are provided by their developers, not by FLUXIPTV, and may change or become unavailable. Streaming quality depends on your connection, device and app.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network issues or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you breach these terms, including by sharing or reselling access, or in response to valid legal notices as described in our DMCA Policy.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLUXIPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
